1 Day registration includes:

  • Attendance to conference sessions on selected day only
  • Delegate pack and conference satchel

Pre-Conference Workshop registration includes:

  • Attendance at one pre-conference workshop
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunch

Conference Dinner includes:

  • Attendance to the Conference Dinner
  • Three course meal
  • Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations or amendmenst to registration for the Conference or the Conference Dinner cannot be accepted over the telephone. Cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing by mail, fax or email to the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation cancellations will be charged by the hotel according to the Hotel's  cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference venue for details.

Refund Policy
Cancellations received up to and including Friday 19 August 2016 will receive a full refund, less an administration fee AU$110.00 (Incl. GST) payable upon cancellation. Cancellations received between Saturday 20 August 2016 and Wednesday 31 August 2016 will receive a 50% refund, provided that the amount of the refund is greater than the administration fee of AU$110 (Incl. GST). No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Thursday 1 September 2016.  Non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.  

As an alternative to a cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person on or before Wednesday 31 August 2016 without incurring any extra cost. Transfers made after this date will incur a AU$33.00 (Incl. GST) transfer fee.

Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Joint PACFA, CCAA, SCAPE and APECA Conference 2016 reserves the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that Joint PACFA, CCAA, SCAPE and APECA Conference 2016 deems to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Registrations received will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed.

The speakers, topics and times are correct at the time of printing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee reserves the right to delete or alter items in the Conference Program.

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, Joint PACFA, CCAA, SCAPE and APECA Conference 2016 cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates; nor can Joint PACFA, CCAA, SCAPE and APECA Conference 2016 take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
